I have used tons of different travel pillows and with all of them I still had to wiggle around the seat trying to get some sleep. With this one (I got the cool one, since I tend to run hot while sleeping) I was finally able to get asleep while seating.
Only detail I could suggest is to add more velcron for thinner necks. Mine is slim so I was just barely able to attach it to the end of it. I might just add more once Im back home. But I recommend this.

Comfortable and very useful. Hated those around the neck pillows and the head bobbing and this erased that. Got some actual sleep on a flight for the first time.
