Ordered one travel pillow which arrived in like four days. My wife tried it on and told me she was keeping it so I had to order another. I contacted customer support to see if I could get the double package. They responded within hours of sending them an email and told me I could pay difference for 2nd pillow. The process was simple and delivery of second pillow was only a few days. EXCELLENT customer service!!!!
