Years ago I purchased a grey travel pillow from this company and I fell in love with this wonderful piece. I bring it with me every time I travel and I am able to sleep nicely from Sydney to Europe flights....This month I booked a flight to Ching Mai and I thought I might just upgrade a better looking one, so I ordered a coral one although the colour was too young for me, I contacted customer service , hoping they would allow me to exchange to a black or grey colour, they then responded me very quickly with a free return sticker and also asked me when I needed it by. As I am travelling end of the month, in order for me to get the replacement pillow on time, they shipped a black one without receiving my return item. I am so deeply touched by a company that thinks of customers first....Their excellent customer service skills is worth learning from by every business....
