SHIPPING FAQs

All orders placed on our AUS site will be fulfilled from our warehouse in New South Wales. Orders placed before 1pm AEST are usually dispatched on the same day and orders placed after 1pm will be the next business day, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. If your order hasn’t been dispatched within this timeframe, please check your order confirmation email for any delays affecting the dispatch date of your order.

Your shipping time will depend on which shipping method you have selected for your order [and where you are located], and is stated from the date your order is dispatched.

NEW ZEALAND

We aim to fulfil all our orders by their estimated delivery date, however shipping times are out of our control once your package leaves us. Please allow extra delivery time for orders placed during busy periods.

If your order hasn’t arrived please:

  • Check your delivery address was entered correctly, please contact us if there are any errors.

  • Check the delivery timeframe, if you have reached the estimated delivery date, please wait an additional 24 hours for any deliveries to be completed.
  • Check with your neighbours to confirm whether they have accepted your parcel.
    If you have completed these steps and you have still not received your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help you out.

Please note - If your order contains multiple items or a bundle, these may be dispatched in multiple shipments, arriving separately. Please allow until the end of your estimated shipping timeframe for all parts of your order to arrive.

You can return your order within 100 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To begin your return, please fill out our contact form with a note of your order number, the products you wish to return and your reason for returning.

Please note that we currently do not offer free returns in our AUS store, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. When posting your return, we advise customers to use a tracked service where possible and retain proof of postage.
