SHIPPING FAQs

Orders placed before 3pm CST are usually dispatched 1 business day after the order has been placed. (Business days are Monday - Friday).

If your order contains multiple items these may be dispatched separately. 

Your shipping time will depend on where in Australia you are located. Our warehouse is located in New South Wales, Australia.

We aim to fulfil all our orders by their estimated delivery date, however shipping times are out of our control once your package leaves us.

AUSTRALIA


NSW to ACT: 2-4 business days

NSW to NSW: 3-5 business days

NSW to VIC: 3-5 business days

NSW to SA: 4-5 business days

NSW to QLD: 4-6 business days

NSW to TAS: 4-6 business days

NSW to NT: 8-13 business days

NSW to WA: 10-14 business day

NEW ZEALAND

NSW to NZ: 3-8 business days

If your order hasn’t arrived please check:

  • The delivery address was entered correctly. Contact us if there are any errors. 
  • Delivery timeframe, if you have reached the estimated delivery date, please wait an additional 24 hours for any deliveries to be completed.
  • Check with your neighbours to confirm whether they have accepted your parcel.
