If you see the error message
'Your cart has been updated and the previous shipping rate isn’t valid. Select a new rate.' or 'There are no shipping methods available for your cart or address'
We have been unable to place your order due to the format of the address.
Please try again, including the name of your local area in the ‘City’ portion of your address.
E.g. Please use ‘Richmond’ rather than ‘Melbourne’ in the City section.

We offer free delivery for our Australian orders!
Orders placed before 3pm CST are usually dispatched 1 business day after the order has been placed. (Business days are Monday - Friday). If your order contains multiple items these may be dispatched separately.
Your order will be dispatched from our Australia warehouse and should reach you in 5-7 business days. Delivery times are stated from the date your order is dispatched, not the date your order is placed.
We aim to fulfil all our orders by their estimated delivery date, however shipping times are out of our control once your package leaves us.
Shipping and Tracking
We’ll confirm shipping method once your order has been dispatched from our Australia warehouse.
We’ll also send you an email with your shipment information and tracking (where available) after your order has been dispatched.
Customs and Duties
Any and all customs and duty fees and charges are the responsibility of the buyer and we recommend checking with your local customs office for specific details of any charges that may be incurred. We cannot alter the value of your order on customs declarations.
Order Not Received
If your order hasn’t arrived with you as expected please:
- Check your delivery address was entered correctly. Contact us if there are any errors.
- Check the delivery timeframe, if you have reached the estimated delivery date, please wait an additional 24 hours for any deliveries to be completed.
- Check with your neighbours to confirm whether they have accepted your parcel for you.
- If you have completed these steps and you have still not received your order, please contact us at email@example.com and we would be delighted to assist.
