Shipping times

Our warehouse is located in New South Wales, Australia and we offer free delivery on all Australian & New Zealand orders.

Your shipping time will depend on where you are located.


We aim to fulfil all our orders by their estimated delivery date, however shipping times are out of our control once your package leaves us.


AUSTRALIA


NSW to ACT: 2-4 business days
NSW to NSW: 3-5 business days
NSW to VIC: 3-5 business days
NSW to SA: 4-5 business days
NSW to QLD: 4-6 business days
NSW to TAS: 4-6 business days
NSW to NT: 8-13 business days
NSW to WA: 10-14 business days

NEW ZEALAND

NSW to NZ: 3-8 business days

Dispatch

Orders placed before 3pm ACT are usually dispatched 1 business day after the order has been placed. (Business days are Monday - Friday). 

Your order will be dispatched from our network of global warehouses. If your order contains multiple items these may be dispatched separately. The estimated delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. 

Delivery times are stated from the date your order is dispatched, not the date your order is placed.

Tracking

We’ll confirm shipping method once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

You'll receive shipment information and tracking (where available) via email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs and Duties

Any and all customs and duty fees and charges are the responsibility of the buyer and we recommend checking with your local customs office for specific details of any charges that may be incurred. We cannot alter the value of your order on customs declarations.

Missing order

If your order hasn’t arrived please check:

  • The delivery address was entered correctly. Contact us if there are any errors. 
  • Delivery timeframe, if you have reached the estimated delivery date, please wait an additional 24 hours for any deliveries to be completed.
  • Check with your neighbours to confirm whether they have accepted your parcel.

Important Information:

If you see the error message we have been unable to place your order due to the format of the address:

'Your cart has been updated and the previous shipping rate isn’t valid. Select a new rate.' or 'There are no shipping methods available for your cart or address'

Please try again, including the name of your local area in the ‘City’ portion of your address.
E.g. Please use ‘Richmond’ rather than ‘Melbourne’ in the City section.
