Works very well!
I have been a poor sleeper on flights.. this neck support is a game changer - I sleep so much better and feel well rested after the flight! The second plus is that it is light and compact, and does not take much space in my travel backpack - unlike neck pillows which are very bulky to carry around! Will be purchasing more for my family and friends who fly frequently.
