TRTL+ TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Subscription Terms
    • Agreement: By subscribing to our Trtl+ service or using our itinerary planner, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
    • Subscription Period: The subscription term commences on the date you place your order on our website and continues until terminated by either party in accordance with these terms.
    • Eligibility: Trtl+ service only available to Australian residents

 

  1. Subscription Fee
    • Fee Structure: The Trtl+ subscription fee is charged in advance on a monthly recurring basis.
    • Billing Agreement: By purchasing a Trtl+ subscription, you consent to an initial and recurring monthly subscription fee at the current rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until your subscription is canceled. Cancellation policies are detailed below.
    • Automatic Processing: Trtl will automatically process your monthly Trtl+ subscription fee until you cancel your subscription.
    • Non-Payment: If an automatic payment is declined or returned without prior cancellation, in accordance with the terms and conditions, any requests for product replacement or eligibility for bonus offers, discounts, etc., will become void.
    • Fee Modification: We reserve the right to modify the subscription fee. Subscribers will receive a 30-day notice via email prior to any changes.

 

  1. Eligibility
    • Age and Capacity: To subscribe to the Trtl+ service, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract.
    • Subscriber Information: Trtl+ subscribers are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate and current subscription information, including shipping details.

 

  1. Replacement Process
    • Initial Period: After subscribing to Trtl+, you will be eligible to receive one replacement product within the first 3 months if your Trtl product is lost or stolen.
    • Extended Eligibility: Beyond the initial 3-month period, you are eligible for up to two replacement products within each 12-month period, starting from the date of your initial order.
    • Product Coverage: Each Trtl+ subscription covers one product. A separate subscription is required for each additional product you wish to cover.
    • Bundle Coverage: If you purchase a product bundle, all items within the bundle will be covered by a single Trtl+ subscription. Eligibility for replacement is the same as for individual products.
    • Bundle Eligibility: For clarity, eligible product bundles are those containing the word ‘bundle’ in the product description on our website. Multiple individual products purchased together do not qualify as a bundle.
    • Replacement Delivery: Replacement products will be dispatched using standard delivery to the shipping address provided by the Trtl+ subscriber.
    • Discount Code Restrictions: Discount codes are non-transferable and must not be copied, reproduced, or shared with anyone else.

 

  1. General Restrictions
    • Usage Rights: The rights granted to you by these terms remain effective for as long as these terms are in effect. You may not rent, transfer, assign, commercially exploit, resell, or sublicense access to the service to any third party. The site and services are to be used solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You are prohibited from modifying or creating any derivative works based on Trtl products or services. Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or attempting to recreate any Trtl products or services is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of intellectual property laws, resulting in liability for damages. Products under development sent for testing may not be copied or shared with any individual or company. Replacement products are not eligible for refunds if you no longer want the product.

 

  1. Cancellation and Refund
    • Cancellation Method: Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting customer support via our online contact form. 
    • Cancellation Processing: Subscription cancellation requests will be processed within five working days from submission. Subscribers will receive email confirmation once the cancellation request is processed.
    • Refund Policy: Refunds are not issued for partial subscription periods.
    • Return Policy: Please note that if you opt to cancel your subscription, the return window will reset to 30 days as default.

 

  1. Termination
    • Termination Rights: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend a subscription at our discretion for any reason, including a breach of these terms.

 

  1. Product Returns
    • Return Policy for Defective Products: Defective or damaged products may be returned for replacement. Contact customer support through the online contact form for return process details.
    • Return Shipping Responsibility: Subscribers are responsible for return shipping costs unless specified otherwise.

    • Independent Verification: Users are advised to independently verify information provided in the itinerary, such as travel times, opening hours, and availability.

    • Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to the itinerary planning service, including the generated itineraries, belong to the service provider.
