I haven’t had a chance to try it out yet for travel. However, I have used it a few times around the house, just to get a feel for it. I purchased because a regular travel pillow lets my hypermobile neck get all crimped up causing migraines. This travel pillow, does not allow that crimped situation to happen! I am looking forward to migraine free travel rather than dreading travel days.
Great travel pillows, well made, and they come with the best customer service EVER. A little bit of a learning curve until you find that sweet spot of comfort. Easy transport with a great carry pouch. We don’t clip ours to our luggage, we keep it in our carry on to keep it safe. We prefer the cool pillow over the regular. This is a company that cares about their customers. If you have a question, you’ll get a prompt response, not silence once the purchase is made. I would not hesitate to purchase from them.

Someone brought up the viral pillow that looks like a neck brace when I said that no travel pillow had ever worked for me. I bought it, thinking it would be a waste of money, and I was proven very wrong. Not only did I sleep for 5+ hours straight on an airplane seat with limited recline, I also woke up with zero neck pain. Added bonus: it helps keep your mouth shut so you don't have to worry about everyone hating you because of your snoring.
