HOW MUCH DOES TRTL CARE COST?
For AUD $15 per quarter, your Deep Sleep Bundle is covered for loss of product. We will replace up to 1 products/month - at no extra cost! You can also take advantage of membership discounts, free products, first access to new products and much more.
Your Trtl Care Plan can be cancelled anytime directly through your self-service member portal.
WHICH PRODUCTS ARE COVERED BY TRTL CARE?
Trtl Care is available to purchase with all available products.
HOW DO I CLAIM A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT?
Active Trtl Care Plan members are eligible for a special Product Warranty that covers loss of product, subject to the conditions below.
If you are an: (a) active Trtl Care Plan member who has (b) purchased a Deep Sleep Bundle we will honor up to one item warranty per month. If you lose the whole bundle we will offer a replacement bundle at a reduced price.
We will replace at a velocity of one product per month i.e. we will replace two products in total but never more than one item per month.
To initiate a warranty claim, please visit our Contact Us page, select “Warranty/Replacement” from the drop-down menu for the “What Can We Help You With” field, and complete the rest of the form with all requested details.
HOW DOES RETURN WORKS WITH TRTL CARE?
Our products come with an extended 100-day returns period - exclusively for Trtl Care members.
Returns are FREE for all Trtl Care members.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PERSONAL DISCOUNT CODE?
Your discount code will be sent to the email addressed used for placing the order within 24h or completed purchase of Trtl Care.
I LOST MY PERSONAL DISCOUNT CODE - COULD I GET A NEW ONE?
If you lose your discount code please let us know by visiting our Contact Us page, select "Trtl Care Plan" from the drop-down menu for the “What Can We Help You With” field, and complete the rest of the form with all requested details, and our team will be happy to help out.
