Shipping Methods

All orders placed on our AUS site will be fulfilled from our warehouse in New South Wales. Orders placed before 1pm AEST are usually dispatched on the same day and orders placed after 1pm will be the next business day, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Your shipping time will depend on which shipping method you have selected for your order [and where you are located], and is stated from the date your order is dispatched.

Standard Shipping (FREE)

NSW to ACT: 2-4 business days
NSW to NSW: 3-5 business days
NSW to VIC: 3-5 business days
NSW to SA: 4-5 business days
NSW to QLD: 4-6 business days
NSW to TAS: 4-6 business days
NSW to NT: 8-13 business days
NSW to WA: 10-14 business days

Priority Shipping ($9.99)

Australia Post Express –

NSW to ACT: 1 business day
NSW to NSW: 1-3 business days
NSW to VIC: 1-3 business days
NSW to SA: 1-4 business days
NSW to QLD: 1-4 business days
NSW to TAS: 1-4 business days
NSW to NT: 3-5 business days

Standard Shipping (FREE)

NSW to NZ: 3-8 business days

We aim to fulfil all our orders by their estimated delivery date, however shipping times are out of our control once your package leaves us. Please allow extra delivery time for orders placed during busy periods.

PO Boxes

Orders placed with our free standard delivery option (Australia Post) can be delivered to PO boxes, however orders placed with our express delivery option (Sendle) cannot, and will automatically be sent via Australia Post.


You'll receive a confirmation of your shipping method and tracking information (where available) via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order here.

Missing order

If your order hasn’t arrived with you as expected please:

  • Check your delivery address was entered correctly - contact us if there are any errors. 
  • Check the delivery timeframe - if you have reached the estimated delivery date, please wait an additional 24 hours for any deliveries to be completed.
  • Check with your neighbours to confirm whether they have accepted your parcel for you.

If you have completed these steps and you have still not received your order, please get in touch via our contact form and we will be delighted to assist.

Important Information:

If you see the error message we have been unable to place your order due to the format of the address:

'Your cart has been updated and the previous shipping rate isn’t valid. Select a new rate.' or 'There are no shipping methods available for your cart or address'

Please try again, including the name of your local area in the ‘City’ portion of your address.
E.g. Please use ‘Richmond’ rather than ‘Melbourne’ in the City section.
