Riviera – Free Matching Gift Terms and Conditions

By claiming this offer, the customer is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Offer Overview

  • This offer applies to the first 200 customers who purchase a Riviera Travel Pillow Cool or Riviera Travel Pillow from the new Riviera Collection. Riviera collection includes 3 colours: Oyster Grey, Sorbet Yellow, Seafoam Green

  • Eligible customers will receive a free Trtl Flask that matches the colourway of their purchased Riviera Travel Pillow (e.g., purchasing the "Sorbet Yellow" Riviera Pillow entitles you to a "Sorbet Yellow" Flask). 

  • If a matching flask colour is sold out you will receive an alternative flask from the Riviera collection. The backup colour is selected at random. 

  • The offer is limited to 50 units for customers in the UK, 50 units for customers in the US, 50 units for customers in Australia,  and 50 units for customers in Canada.

2. Eligibility

  • The offer is open to UK, US, Australian and Canadian residents.

  • Employees of Coolside Limited T/A Trtl and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this offer.

3. Offer Period

  • The offer will go live at 3:00 PM UK time on 28th March 2025.

  • Once the allocation of Trtl Flasks has been reached, no additional flasks will be offered.

4. Offer Requirements

To participate in the offer, customers must:

  • Add any colourway of the Riviera Travel Pillow to their cart.

  • The flask will be labelled with the tag: “FREE-FLASK”.

  • Check out.

5. Shipping Information

  • Any orders containing a free flask from the Riviera Collection will start shipping from 28th March 2025.

  • Any orders containing a Trtl Travel Pillow will start shipping from 4th April. 

6. Communication of the Offer

  • Details of this promotion will be available on the Riviera Collection landing pages at https://uk.trtltravel.com/collections/riviera.

  • A brief summary of the offer will also be included on the product description pages (PDPs) for the Riviera Travel Pillows.

 

7. Additional Conditions

  • This offer is only valid for purchases made directly through our website at uk.trtltravel.com, au.trtltravel.com, ca.trtltravel.com or trtltravel.com.

  • The customers can receive multiple flasks per order, if they order multiple pillows. 

  • Free flask is not added to the Riviera Bundle. 

  • This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.

  • If the order containing the free flask is cancelled, the free gift must also be returned.

8. Limitations and Disclaimers

  • The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.

  • In the event of any disputes regarding eligibility, the company’s decision will be final.
